page is only part of the overwhelming documented evidence that
proves the extraordinary and extreme measures that the Eleventh Circuit,
U.S. Court of Appeals,
has used to hide the misconduct and abusive behavior of Judge
Donald L. Graham, U.S. District Judge, Southern District of
Florida. The Eleventh Circuit has affirmed Judge Donald L. Graham
on appeal using unpublished opinions while reversing and excoriating
other federal judges at the Southern District of Florida for the exact
same set of facts. The links provided here and below will demonstrate that

In Smith v. United States Of America,
386 Fed. Appx. 853; 2010 U.S. App. LEXIS 14050 (11th Cir. 2010) ,
U.S. District Judge Maurice M. Paul was reversed on
appeal for issuing a pre-filing injunction sua sponte while U.S.
District Judge Donald L. Graham did the exact thing and the Eleventh
Circuit has refused to review a sua sponte issued pre-filing
injunction. On September 20, 2001, Judge Graham issued a
pre-filing injunction sua sponte. See
Docket Entry No. 878 ("
THIS CAUSE came before the Court sua sponte."). The Eleventh Circuit has took what only can be
described as extreme measures of dishonesty to avoid ruling on the sua
sponte pre-fling injunction rendered by U.S. Dist Judge Donald L.
Graham. The story is so incredible it is beyond belief. See
Eleventh Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals, can and does use deeply
"unpublished opinions" to undermine well established
"rule of law". "Unpublished opinions"
are generally available on the Internet either through the
Eleventh Circuit's website, or some other site. However,
the Eleventh Circuit has hidden or deeply buried opinions that
are not ever released to the Internet or anybody else. As
a matter of fact, if you are not a party to the matter there is
no way you can possibly inquire about a case that you don't know
exists. The Eleventh Circuit releases opinions
hid their unpublished opinions from public view, the Eleventh
Circuit is now free to go about fixing cases around desired
outcomes. This type of system is not only unfair to the parties,
but to other federal judges as well. What the web pages
referenced below will prove that Judge Donald L. Graham has been
affirmed on appeal, on multiple occasions, for the same time his
colleagues at the Southern District of Florida and elsewhere
have been reversed for.
